Waterford cyclist with strong Kerry ties wins prized Blue Jersey after Rás Mumhan finale in Kingdom

A Waterford man with strong ties to south Kerry celebrated winning the prized Blue Jersey of Rás Mumhan following the conclusion of the race in Killorglin on Monday.
