Venezuela races to rescue hundreds after twin earthquakes

Hundreds of people in Venezuela were trapped under rubble and many more remained unaccounted ⁠after two powerful earthquakes devastated areas in and around the capital Caracas, killing nearly 190 people, damaging hundreds of buildings and leaving thousands homeless.
