‘Valerie’s Law’ stripping parents who kill partner of automatic guardianship rights goes to Cabinet

Killers who take the life of their child’s other parent will no longer automatically keep guardianship rights under recommendations contained in ‘Valerie’s Law’ which Justice Minister Jim O’Callaghan will bring before the Cabinet tomorrow.
