UUP calls for independent review of NI equality watchdogs - as MLA accuses them 'joining United Ireland lobby'

The public bodies set up to uphold equality and human rights laws in Northern Ireland are going beyond their remit in a way that “joins the lobby for a United Ireland”, an Ulster Unionist MLA has said.
