Ursula Fay: MBE for council officer with 'commitment and passion' for serving Antrim and Newtownabbey community

A long-serving local government officer has paid tribute to Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council colleagues after being awarded an MBE in the King’s Birthday Honours.
