‘Unfair and outdated’ tax leaves nieces and nephews unable to inherit property

Ireland’s inheritance tax system is discriminatory towards childless people and is in need of reform. That’s according to Fianna Fáil Deputy Michael Cahill who is calling for the current rules to be changed to reflect reality.
