Unanswered calls to Antrim and Newtownabbey council 'almost doubled' during period of bin changes and collection complaints

The number of phone calls to Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council that went unanswered almost doubled during the roll-out of wheelie box bins in the Antrim area last year, councillors have been told.
