UK Ladies Gym of the Year, Forge Female Fitness, celebrates £30,000 investment in new Ballymoney premises

A Ballymoney fitness coach who started out from a spare room in her mother’s house recently opened a brand new studio gym at Meetinghouse Street in the town.
