Two UUP MLAs keep schtum on their reasoning over a vote to raise child crime threshold - after previously signing a petition of concern

The UUP has defended its use of the petition of concern to block proposals to raise age at which children can be prosecuted – but two of the MLAs who signed the motion and later voted to raise the threshold have declined to answer questions on their reasoning.
