Two in three drivers oppose plans to cut pay and display machines in Lisburn, Belfast and Newry

Almost two thirds of drivers are against plans to cut the number of pay and display parking meters in Lisburn, Belfast and Newry, in a move towards ticketless payments, new research shows.
