Tranche of Stepaside apartments sell above guide price, but below survey levels

A tranche of six apartments in Stepaside, Dublin 18, were sold at a recent auction for well over their guide price and also at a premium to a group of four apartments which sold in the same block last October. Nevertheless, the price fetched was well below the average for the Dublin 18 area based on a recent survey.
