Touring and Speciality Markets pilot scheme being rolled out in Mid Ulster

Mid Ulster councillors have welcomed the rolling out of a Touring and Speciality Markets pilot scheme, which they believe has the potential to add vibrancy and vitality to a number of localities throughout the district.
