The ‘killer potholes’ at a Kerry retail site with responsibility nowhere in sight

Had a meteor landed from outer space in the same spot, it could hardly be more noticeable than the crater-like potholes that mar the entrance to Rathass Retail Centre in Manor, Tralee, Co Kerry.
