Teacher who finished London Marathon just outside top 50 on witnessing historic world record

A Wexford secondary school teacher who was the 51st runner to cross the London Marathon finish line out of nearly 60,000 participants says that there is no doubt that improved running shoes have contributed to the records that have been broken.
