Study reveals online search interest for "autism assessment" hit an all-time high, up 6X on average

An analysis of Google Trends search data by the provider of autism parenting resources, Autism Parenting Magazine, revealed that UK search interest for “autism assessment” has hit an all-time high in 2026, up 497% compared to the average interest volume since tracking began in 2004. This is about six times the average over the recorded period.
