Stormont Education Minister and Committee Chair clash over delays in SEN reform plan

Education Minister Paul Givan has been accused of attempting to “deflect” from problems within Northern Ireland’s special educational needs system, after he criticised the Assembly’s Education Committee for delaying key SEN reforms.
