South Derry man invited police into his kitchen where he had cannabis on 'open display'

A Draperstown man caught on two occasions with cannabis displayed on his kitchen unit, was fined a total of £200 with a £15 offender’s levy at Magherafelt Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
