Sites in Prosperous and Clonee will appeal to residential developers

Two residential development sites in the mid-east area within easy commuting distance of Dublin have come to the market. The largest of them benefits from planning permission for 93 homes and is located at Curryhills, Prosperous, Co Kildare. Local agent Gero Gannon of Sherry FitzGerald Reilly is guiding €7,000,000 for it.
