Shoe Zone in Wexford town purchased for €355k with new ‘commercial offering’ and ‘apartments overhead’ planned by developer

The former Shoe Zone site on Wexford town’s Main Street has been sold to a developer for €355,000 with the intention to create a new commercial premises on the ground floor with apartments overhead. The property was vested in Wexford County Council on October 23, 2025 following a compulsory purchase order (CPO), having previously been in the ownership of Cashel Holdings Ltd.
