Scramblers to be banned in new law named after tragic Grace Lynch

Scramblers are to be banned from public roads in Ireland from Friday.The new law was brought in by the government after Finglas teenager Grace Lynch was killed after being hit by a scrambler bike in January.Niall talks to Eimear Rabbitt about what the new law will mean for scrambler owners.
