Scaffolding company's plan to 'upscale operations' on former bar and restaurant site in Newtownabbey refused

A planning application for the redevelopment of a fire-damaged pub and restaurant site was refused by Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council’s Planning Committee on Monday.
