Rural Wexford communities missing out on potential €100,000 in funding – ‘This needs to be done by parishes not electoral areas’
A government programme worth €100,000 for rural Wexford communities is not being drawn down due to issues with how its being allocated. The CLÁR Funding Programme is a targeted investment programme for rural areas that aims to provide funding for small infrastructural projects in designated rural areas that have experienced significant levels of de-population and/or socio-economic disadvantage and geographic remoteness.
