Rory McIlroy avoids $3M fine repeat for skipping PGA Tour event after Masters

Back-to-back Masters champion Rory McIlroy has skipped the RBC Heritage for the second straight year, but a PGA Tour rule change means he won't face the $3 million fine he was hit with in 2023.
