River survey offered in bid to solve 35-year mystery of missing Cork couple Conor and Sheila Dwyer

Water sports groups have offered to survey stretches of the River Blackwater in Cork and Waterford in an attempt to solve the 35-year mystery of a couple who disappeared without trace.
