Priest speaks of 'anger and regret' at funeral of M9 crash teen

The funeral of Alex McCarthy, one of five teenagers killed in the M9 crash, took place in Carlow as his coffin was lifted into the air by family and friends. Fr Tom Little paid tribute to the injured family and spoke of the "shock, anger, regret and disbelief" that such a tragic accident brings.
