‘Potentially fatal’ – Wexford Gardaí launch probe as life-saving ringbuoys are tampered with

Gardaí have spent hours trawling through CCTV footage in a bid to prosecute people persistently putting lives in danger by tampering with ringbuoys on Wexford Bridge.
