Possibility of hosting Sligo Day to showcase the best of the county raised

The possibility of a day or a weekend where all things Sligo are celebrated was raised by Cllr Thomas Walsh at the April meeting of Sligo County with the Fine Gael representative pointing to the success of Mayo Day across the county border.
