Portsmouth CEO clear 'there is no requirement' to sell Northern Ireland star with Glentoran in line for financial windfall

Portsmouth CEO Andrew Cullen has insisted the Championship club are under no pressure to sell Northern Ireland international Terry Devlin this summer – saying previous interest from rival clubs was “of no interest to us at all”.
