Portadown councillor one of the 'Ladies with Letters' as ABC Council hits out at lack of public inquiry over smear test 'scandal'

The Health Minister’s decision to rule out a public inquiry into failings in NI’s cervical screening service, which caused great distress to around 17,500 women in the Southern HSC Trust area, was widely criticised by ABC councillors.
