Police spotted car hit kerbs before stopping and 'virtually blocking' roundabout - Co Antrim driver was almost three times drink limit

Police saw a car hit a kerb at a roundabout before veering and hitting another kerb and then the vehicle came to a stop and was "virtually blocking" the road.
