Police spotted Ballyclare man 'attempting to put air' in tyre at 1am and then drink-related offence was detected

A man "attempting to put air" into a car tyre in Doagh at 1.15am was then spotted in the driving seat by police and has now pleaded guilty to being in charge of a vehicle with excess alcohol in breath.
