Police received report of possible drink driver after car was seen swerving over the road outside Magherafelt

Police arrested a suspected drink driver in Draperstown after receiving a report of a car swerving over the road and overtaking when the driver had no sight of oncoming traffic, Magherafelt Magistrates Court has heard.
