Police confirm Tipperary woman (24) dead and man seriously injured following hit-and-run crash in Belfast

Pedestrian Raven Adams (24) was pronounced dead at the scene, whilst a 22 year old man was taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital for treatment to serious injuries
