Plaque unveiled at ‘The Laurels’ home of Cork freedom fighters in Togher

The plaque is inscribed ‘The Hegarty home was used by the Cork No 1 Brigade and Cumann na mBan during the War of Independence 1919-1921 and the Civil War 1922-1923’.
