Planning permission refused for ‘overbearing’ multi-storey hotel in the heart of Kilkenny city

An Coimisiún Pleanála has refused planning permission for a 67-bedroom hotel in the heart of Kilkenny city because of the alleged “overbearing impact” the proposed development would have on the surrounding residential area.
