Penelope Wilton to star as woman who survived suicide pact in new ITV drama

Downton Abbey actress Dame Penelope Wilton is to star as Mavis Eccleston, a woman who survived a suicide pact with her husband of nearly 60 years and was subsequently arrested and charged with his murder, in a new ITV drama. The four-part series, named Mavis Eccleston, will also see The Crown star S
