Park West office building changes hands for €2.5m

One of the office sales in Dublin during the first quarter of the year saw a self-contained building, Block 16, Joyce Way, Park West Business Campus, sell for slightly over the €2,525,000 which had been quoted by selling agent BNP Paribas Real Estate.
