Pageant queen critically injured after boys, 4 and 6, allegedly run her over in stolen car

Miss California Regency International 2026 winner Kiara Darvonne Bowling, 31, is fighting for her life after two young brothers, aged four and six, allegedly stole their parents' car and struck her during a joyride in East Oakland.
