One of teens killed in motorway crash was ‘in the care of Tusla’

Five teenagers died after the car they were travelling in was driven the wrong way down the M9 and was involved in a head-on collision with another car leaving three sisters, and their 7 year old nephew in hospital in serious and critical condition
