Oireachtas Gaeltacht committee waits six months for chairman, then gets two in a fortnight

Dublin Mid West TD and Irish speaker Shane Moynihan has been appointed to chair the Oireachtas Committee on the Irish language, the Gaeltacht and the Irish speaking community, the second FF TD to be appointed to that role in a fortnight.
