NI MP's appeal causes Prime Minister to consider again adding degenerative condition to heel prick test

A test for a degenerative condition that an MP said "stole" a seven-year-old boy's smile could be added to the heel prick test for babies, the Prime Minister has indicated, after the child died last week.
