NFL star Kneeland posthumously diagnosed with CTE

Former Dallas Cowboys defensive end Marshawn Kneeland has been diagnosed posthumously with Stage 1 chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), a neurodegenerative disease linked to repeated trauma to the head.
