New list of storm names honours Met Éireann’s history as forecaster reaches 90th anniversary

The 2026/27 list of storm names has been launched by Met Éireann in partnership with the UK Met Office and the Netherlands' KNMI, with historical figures set to honor the Irish meteorological service's 90th anniversary
