Muckamore Abbey mental health care workers have neglect charges withdrawn after accepting police cautions

Two Muckamore Abbey mental health care workers who had been accused of the wilful neglect of a patient, have had the charges withdrawn by the Public Prosecution Service after cautions were administered by police.
