Mother turns heartbreak into hope with appeal for new Portaferry defibrillator

The mother of a 12 year-old boy who was killed in an alleged hit-and run incident in Portaferry last July is urging the local community to get behind a fundraising appeal for a defibrillator in the Strand area of the town.
