Michael Healy-Rae says he has ‘grave reservations’ about Taoiseach after resigning

Mr Healy-Rae was among several Independent TDs who supported the formation of a coalition with Fianna Fail and Fine Gael, but told the Dail on Tuesday he was stepping down as a minister of state over the handling of fuel protests
