Man found with 'white powder' in a bag on the floor of a car in Cookstown, fined £500

Members of a mobile police patrol who stopped a BMW car at Cookstown found small bag containing white powder on the floor of the vehicle, Dungannon Magistrates Court was told on Wednesday.
