Seventy years ago, just after 6am on April 18, 1956, Paddy Rigney, a milkman on his delivery round on Dublin’s southside found the body of a young woman, partly covered by a black coat, lying on the footpath outside a house at 15 Hume Street, adjacent to St Stephen’s Green.
