Lucinda O’Sullivan’s restaurant review: If you’re looking for a lovely lunch in the capital, these two new offerings deliver the goods
When it comes to lunchtime in France, if you haven’t bagged yourself a table by the time the clock strikes noon, you’re on a sticky wicket. Too many times, it’s happened to me.
