Legal watchdog seeks to stop ‘out of depth’ barrister practising in Ireland due to lack of insurance cover

The legal services watchdog is ­seeking to prohibit from practising in Ireland a barrister who was accused by a judge of being out of his depth during a recent dispute over control of the Islamic Cultural Centre.
